2 Personal Data We Collect
Solat PK collects personal data in the following categories. We explain why each category is collected in Section 3.
2.1 Registration Data
When you create an account on Solat PK, we collect: your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, and the password you create (stored in encrypted form – we never see or store your actual password).
2.2 Identity Verification Data
To comply with age verification requirements and anti-money-laundering obligations, we may request copies of identity documents including your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence, and a recent proof of address document. These documents are reviewed by our compliance team and, where applicable, by a certified identity verification service provider. They are not used for any purpose other than identity confirmation.
2.3 Payment Data
We collect information related to deposits and withdrawals including your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet number, NayaPay or SadaPay account reference, bank account details for IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard card details (last four digits and expiry date only – full card numbers are handled by our certified payment processors and not stored on Solat PK servers).
2.4 Transaction and Gaming Activity Data
We maintain a record of all deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, games played, bonus claims and account balance changes associated with your account. This data is used for account management, dispute resolution and regulatory reporting.
2.5 Technical and Device Data
When you visit Solat PK, we automatically collect certain technical data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and pages visited within the platform. This is collected via cookies and server logs. See Section 8 for cookie details.
2.6 Communications Data

3 How We Use Your Personal Data

- Account creation and management: Creating and maintaining your Solat PK account, processing logins and maintaining session security.

- Responsible gaming: Identifying patterns in account activity that may indicate a player is experiencing difficulties and offering appropriate tools or interventions.
Solat PK does not use your personal data for automated individual decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you. Fraud detection flags are reviewed by a human team member before any account action is taken.
4 Legal Basis for Processing
Solat PK processes your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: Processing necessary to deliver the services you signed up for – account management, payment processing, game access.
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable law, including age verification, KYC/AML obligations and transaction record-keeping.
- Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security and product improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
- Consent: Processing for marketing communications, where you have actively opted in. This consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your account.
5 Who We Share Your Data With
Solat PK shares personal data only with third parties that are necessary to deliver platform services. We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertisers or marketing networks. The categories of third parties who may receive your data are:
5.1 Payment Processors
Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and bank payment gateways receive the transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are subject to applicable financial regulations.
5.2 Identity Verification Providers
Where we use a third-party KYC service to verify your identity documents, your submitted documents and biographical data are shared with that provider for the purpose of verification only. Verification providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
5.3 Game Providers
To deliver games on the Solat PK platform, game providers may receive a session token and your wagering data to record game rounds and calculate results. Your full personal details are not shared with game providers.
5.4 Legal and Regulatory Authorities
Where required by law or by a lawful request from a competent authority, Solat PK may disclose personal data to regulatory bodies, law enforcement or courts. We will inform you of such a disclosure where legally permitted to do so.
Important: Solat PK will never share your personal data with a third party based solely on a request made to you (for example, a phishing message asking you to "verify" your details with a linked site). All legitimate Solat PK communications come from addresses ending in @solatpk.ws.
6 Data Retention
Solat PK retains personal data for as long as it is needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. The following retention periods apply:
- Account data (active accounts): Retained for the lifetime of your account plus 5 years after closure, to meet financial record-keeping obligations.
- Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction, as required by applicable financial regulations.
- Identity verification documents: Retained for 5 years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later.
- Support communications: Retained for 2 years from the date of the last interaction.
- Technical and device logs: Retained for 12 months on a rolling basis.
- Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn and for 2 years thereafter as proof of consent status.
When personal data reaches the end of its retention period, it is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to an individual.

Right to Portability
Request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (CSV or JSON) for transfer to another service.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, Solat PK will notify affected members without undue delay and will take immediate steps to contain the breach and mitigate harm.
10 Children and Underage Players
Solat PK is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. The platform includes age verification as a mandatory step before any deposit or gameplay is permitted.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from someone under 18, we will immediately close the associated account, return any traceable deposits, and delete the personal data collected. We may retain a limited record for the purpose of preventing re-registration.

Where a change materially affects your rights or how your data is used, we will notify all registered members by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
