Terms and Conditions – Solat PK Online Gaming Platform

1 Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the services offered by Solat PK, you must register an account through the official registration process at /register. Registration constitutes your agreement to all terms set out in this document.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register a Solat PK account if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted for personal use.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of Solat PK or any affiliated company.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from Solat PK under any account.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one active account on Solat PK. Duplicate accounts created intentionally – whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent a self-exclusion, or for any other reason – will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve the situation before any withdrawals are processed.

1.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your registered details up to date. Solat PK may request documentary verification of any information provided – including name, date of birth and proof of address – at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

2 Age Verification

Solat PK operates a strict minimum age policy of 18 years. This is not a recommendation – it is an absolute requirement. You will not be able to deposit, withdraw or place bets on Solat PK until your age has been verified to our satisfaction.

Age verification is typically completed during the account registration process. In some cases, we may request additional documentation – a copy of your CNIC, passport or driving licence is standard. Documents are reviewed within 24 hours during business days. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be held pending successful verification.

3 Deposits

Solat PK accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposit methods are processed in PKR with no currency conversion or additional transaction fees charged by Solat PK.

3.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 200
• Maximum single deposit (standard accounts): Rs 5,00,000
• Daily deposit limit (standard accounts): Rs 10,00,000
• VIP account limits are set individually and communicated by your account manager.

3.2 Processing Times

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are credited to your Solat PK wallet within 60 seconds in the vast majority of cases. IBFT transfers typically take 5–30 minutes depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually credited within 2–5 minutes. Solat PK is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's systems.

3.3 Deposit Source

You confirm that all funds deposited to Solat PK are from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. Deposits from third parties are not permitted. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name may be refused and the associated funds returned.

4 Withdrawals

Solat PK is committed to fast withdrawals. Our target processing time for standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash is under ten minutes. Bank IBFT transfers are subject to your bank's own processing schedule.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and age) before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Maximum single withdrawal (standard accounts): Rs 5,00,000
• Any active bonus balance must satisfy wagering requirements before the associated real-money funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 Withdrawal Delays

Solat PK may delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours in the following circumstances: pending identity verification, unusual account activity that requires review, a chargeback or payment dispute on the account, or where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard daily limits requiring additional authorisation. We will notify you by email or in-platform message if a delay applies.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Solat PK offers a range of promotions to registered members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and free spins. All promotional offers are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms published on the individual offer page.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders aged 18 and over.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per person, household address, shared computer, IP address and payment method.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated offer window. Expired bonuses cannot be retrospectively applied.
• Solat PK reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer at any time before it has been claimed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on Solat PK carry a wagering requirement before the bonus funds (and any winnings derived from them) can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated on each offer page and typically expressed as a multiplier – for example, a 30× requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of Rs 30,000 before withdrawal becomes available.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Solat PK monitors accounts for patterns that suggest bonus abuse – including but not limited to low-variance betting designed exclusively to meet wagering requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and use of arbitrage strategies specifically targeting promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, Solat PK reserves the right to void the bonus balance, reverse any associated winnings and close the account.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Solat PK provides a range of games supplied by certified third-party providers. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general principles apply across all games on the platform.

6.1 Game Results

All online game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by physical equipment in licensed live dealer studios. Results are final once a round concludes. Solat PK cannot alter or reverse a game result once it has been determined, except where a clear and documented technical fault has occurred.

6.2 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault that materially affects a game round, Solat PK reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period and return the corresponding stakes. We will notify affected players and process stake returns to wallet balances within 48 hours of the fault being confirmed.

6.3 Betting Integrity

Bets placed on sports events and live matches are subject to standard industry rules. Bets placed after an event has concluded, or where the outcome was already known at the time of placement due to a data feed error, will be voided. Solat PK reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on any market at its discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Solat PK. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts or any automated system to place bets or interact with games.
• Fraud: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Money laundering: Using Solat PK accounts to process, transfer or obscure funds from illegal activities.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account on the platform simultaneously.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening or offensive communication directed at Solat PK staff or other players.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Solat PK reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons: confirmed breach of these terms; failure to complete identity verification within a stated timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion or money laundering; or at the account holder's own request.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the Solat PK support team via live chat or email. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding wagering obligations have been addressed. Closure requests made during an active self-exclusion period will be processed at the end of the exclusion window.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. Solat PK will notify you by email at 30 days and 7 days before this threshold. A dormant account administration fee of Rs 200 per month may be applied to accounts with a real-money balance. This fee will not reduce your balance below zero and will cease if you log back in.

9 Privacy and Data Use

Solat PK collects personal information as part of the registration and verification process. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and records of your activity on the platform. This information is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations and provide customer support.

Solat PK does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers as required to deliver platform services. Full details of our data practices are available in the Privacy Policy.

You may request a copy of the personal data Solat PK holds about you by contacting our support team. Requests are processed within 30 days. You may also request deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention obligations that apply to financial records.

10 Responsible Gaming

Solat PK is committed to promoting responsible gaming across our entire platform. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a method of generating income or solving financial problems.

10.1 Available Tools

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings in your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour delay.
• Session time reminders: The platform notifies you after 60 minutes of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Lock your account from deposits and gameplay for 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Remove access to your account for six months or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability

Solat PK provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solat PK's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Solat PK is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including lost profits or data.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Amendments and Governing Terms

Solat PK reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a member, we will provide notice via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Minor updates – such as clarifications of existing terms – may be implemented immediately.

Your continued use of Solat PK following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a proposed change, you have the right to close your account before the change takes effect and withdraw any real-money balance.

These terms are written in English and the English version takes precedence in all cases. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the operating licence under which Solat PK provides its services. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure will be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in your jurisdiction.
